Because of the high domes of the Lisboa, Lume Alto and Ventura pizza oven lines created by Authentic Pizza Ovens, with this spit you can now have a wood-fired rotisserie oven for your favorite choice of meat at home. lt also offers the added benefit of a more even roast and faster cooking time. After skewering your meat, just place the end of the spit in the metal cap insert made for the spit to rest in then rotate your meat as needed!
This spit, like the ovens produced by Authentic Pizza Ovens, is made in Portugal

Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Order Shipment:
