- Built in thermometer to easily monitor your internal temperature
- These expertly crafted ovens are constructed with a layer of high heat resistant firebrick and mortar and then covered with special refractory cement and triple insulation.
- The Dome-style shape allows this wood burning oven to produce intense heat up to 1,000ºF. Radiant heat, convection, and conduction cooking are all incorporated thanks to the dome design.
- This workhorse professional grade oven uses the highest-grade quality refractory fire brick and an extra layer of insulation (triple insulation) allowing for quicker heating and longer temperature longevity.
- Stainless Steel damper and exhaust

What are my options?
Choose your Color - Black or White (With white you can paint it any color you like choosing for the perfect fit to your space!)
Choose your cooking method - Traditional wood, Gas, or wood and gas at the same time! (For the Hybrid option, a gas burner would be purchased separately)
Choose your Gas Burner - Natural Gas or LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) - Purchased Separately . The M-1 size is recommended by the manufacturer for this oven. Oven comes with pre drilled hole to accommodate optional burner.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@fireflypizzaovens.com.
