- These wood burning ovens are built with a layer of high heat resistant firebrick and mortar, one piece refractory clay and then covered with an eco friendly projected cork for an outside finish to help with insulation and to protect your oven.
- The Dome-style shape allows this oven to produce intense heat up to 1,000ºF. Radiant heat, convection, and conduction cooking are all incorporated thanks to the dome design.
- The Stainless Steel and black metal door with double handles are designed for durability and easy maneuverability.
- This wood fired oven uses superior triple layer insulation for extended heat retention and faster elevated temperatures

What are my options?
Choose your cooking method - Traditional wood, Gas, or wood and gas at the same time! (For the Hybrid option, a gas burner would be purchased separately)
Choose your Gas Burner - Natural Gas or LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) - Purchased Separately . The M-1 size is recommended by the manufacturer for this oven. Oven comes with predrilled hole to accommodate optional burner.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@fireflypizzaovens.com.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.
