If so, this is the pizza oven for you! What makes this oven different from Authentic Pizza Oven's Pizzaioli model is it's taller opening and squared shaped door style. This allows not only for casseroles and larger bread baking but with the optional rotisserie spit, you can even cook a rotisserie chicken in this oven! This wood-fired oven can cook a pizza in as little as 90 seconds in addition to cooking a variety of meats, vegetables, breads, desserts, etc. In addition, the larger opening of the oven can act as a fire feature where everyone can gather to enjoy the magic of the flames.
Handmade in Portugal, this oven is constructed out of true brick instead of the clay construction of some other ovens which allows for high heat production and fewer cracks over time. Here are just a few of the features of this beautiful oven:

These ovens require “all-weather” protection from rain, sleet and snow, fallen leaves, and protection from harsh elements when not in use. If you don’t have a cover, we offer them for purchase. These are beautiful ovens that are meant to last for a very long time, if taken care of properly!

I love it! It completed my backyard bistro.
Was on the fence because as much as we love wood fired pizza it seemed like a big purchase just for pizza. I was wrong! First of all, it's worth it 10 times over just for the amazing pizza we've made as a family but we've used it for SO MUCH MORE than just pizza. Amazing meats, roasts, holiday dinners, AND THE VEGGIES. It has been a game changer for sure and our family has really started to cook together. We have friends come over and makes our social time so much fun! THANK YOU!!!!

What is delivery like? Is the product installed, delivered and left in a crate? My concern is lifting it to install it on a stand. At 1800 lbs I would need to get some equipment to lift and move it.
Hi Michael,
The Lisboa ovens do arrive in a crate on a truck with a lift gate. The delivery service is curb side delivery only and not installed so we do recommend renting an engine hoist/cherry picker. There are hooks installed on all 4 corners of the base of the oven once you open the crate for the hoist which can be cut off after installation if you would like. Hi, Will these ovens hold up out doors with very cold winters ? Freeze and thaw cycles?
Hi Michael,
Yes these ovens are great for outdoors. The most important thing to remember is to keep them covered when not in use. If you find the oven has taken on excess moisture during a freeze then you can cure the oven to slowly remove the moisture and protect the integrity of your oven. -
iS THIS SUITABLE FOR INDOOR USE?
Yes! This oven can be used both indoors and outdoors. We do, however, recommend that you consult with a professional contractor and/or consult with your local HVAC to ensure you are compliant with local ordinances and to be advised on the logistics of the installation.
